Our post today is dedicated to the planning and sequencing of treatments within our interdisciplinary team.
Periodontics, prosthodontics and orthodontics are the specialties that made it possible for the loss of a central incisor to trauma many years ago to go completely unnoticed.
For us, placing an implant means replacing a tooth, and nobody should be able to tell.
Our patient wore clear aligners for 18 months. In the final phase of the orthodontics the implant was placed, and when it was finished he had take-home whitening. The final restoration was made completely digitally, so that it is 100% integrated.
